Abstract

Low back pain (LBP) atau nyeri punggung bawah merupakan rasa nyeri yang dapat dirasakan pada punggung bawah hingga lipatan bokong. Metode dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui PubMed, Cochrane, Web of Science, dan Google Scholar menggunakan kata kunci seperti faktor yang terkait dengan Low Back Pain. 25 jurnal yang diterbitkan setidaknya 5 tahun yang lalu diperoleh. Jurnal memuat topik berbagai faktor yang berhubungan dengan risiko terjadinya LBP. Hasil penelitian dari 25 jurnal, menyebutkan beberapa faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan terjadinya LBP ditemukan secara signifikan berhubungan yakni, usia, jenis kelamin, postur, lama bekerja, gaya hidup, dan faktor psikososial. Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan LBP terdiri dari terkait pekerjaan (beban pekerjaan, awkward position saat bekerja, lama durasi pekerjaan) dan tidak terkait pekerjaan (faktor pribadi), seperti usia, jenis kelamin, gaya hidup, dan lain sebagainya.
