Abstract

Penyakit akibat kerja adalah penyakit akibat paparan faktor risiko yang timbul dari aktivitas kerja yang menurut World Health Organization (WHO) diperkirakan terjadi sekitar 120 juta kecelakaan kerja dengan 200.000 kematian dan setiap tahunnya di seluruh dunia diperkirakan ada 68-157 juta kasus baru karena PAK. Prevalensi lebih dari 80% kejadian gangguan muskuloskeletal telah dilaporkan di kalangan fisioterapis, tukang pijat, perawat, bidan, dokter gigi dan ahli bedah. Tingginya angka kejadian ini berhubungan langsung dengan praktik kerja yang memerlukan tugas bervariasi dan beban fisik yang tinggi, sejumlah penelitian telah menyoroti penggunaan postur buruk terjadi secara berulang yang seringkali bersifat statis, khususnya di kalangan ahli bedah dan fisioterapis. Penelitian ini menggunakan tinjauan pustaka sistematis (systematic review) dari beberapa sumber jurnal yang diperoleh melalui beberapa mesin pencari, yaitu cochrane dan pubmed. Hasil dari tinjauan pustaka sistematis yang menyebabkan terjadinya nyeri muskoloskeletal pada dokter yang bekerja pada instalasi bedah posisi kerja yang kurang ergonomis, jam kerja yang berlebihan dan penggunaan APD.
