Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kepatuhan Minum Obat pada Penderita TB Paru

Abstract
Di seluruh dunia, Tuberkulosis (TB) adalah salah satu dari sepuluh penyebab utama kematian dan terus menjadi ancaman kesehatan global yang signifikan. Terapi infeksi TB dengan OAT bertujuan untuk menurunkan angka morbiditas dan mortalitas. Terapi OAT harus dijalani 6 bulan oleh pasien dengan TB Paru. Oleh karena itu penggunaan OAT memerlukan tingkat kepatuhan yang tinggi untuk mencapai keberhasilan terapi dan mencegah resistensi penggunaan obat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan memperbaharui pengetahuan terkait faktor factor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan minum obat pada penderita TB Paru. Penelitian merupakan Systematic review menggunakan referensi Google Scholars, PubMed dan ScienceDirect dari jurnal 5 tahun terakhir. Menggunakan format PICO untuk kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi artikel. Hasil telaah menunjukkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan minum obat pada penderita TB Paru yaitu stigma masyarakat, dukungan keluarga, pengetahuan, pendapatan, lama pengobatan dan hubungan dengan pelayan kesehatan
